With the active summer months quickly approaching it's a critical time to have a good grip on your card programs. We understand, it's hard to stay up on the technology and changing consumer interests. 1. What can a stored value and/or loyalty program do for a business?

2. What does the process look like to get started with a new program?
At Opticard, a dedicated account manager is assigned to handle the customer relationship. The account manager will work with the customer to configure program parameters, collect and load location data, assist in card production, training and a successful introduction to each store/location.
3. How long for card production and must I order cards through my processor?
If a customer orders the physical cards through Opticard we have standard of 10-15 day lead time with our production partners. It is not required a customer purchase the cards through Opticard but we offer very competitive pricing and service.
4. Can a new card program operate through existing POS software or equipment?
It depends on the processor and their certifications on equipment and software. Opticard has an extensive reach into the top POS solutions in today's market and a full list of certified solutions can be available by contacting 1-877-331-2900 or sales@opticard.com
5. What's available to monitor and track a card program?
Reporting is an essential component in operating a successful gift/loyalty program. Opticard offers a set of standard reports that are available through a merchant portal. These reports will help a merchant analyze and enhance their programs and with custom options available there's always a fit for your need.
