System, Visual Service Desk The
Customer Information System (CIS) is an add-on module
that allows retailers to maintain a database of
demographic information about their customers. When used
in conjunction with its sister product, the Visual
Service Desk (VSD*), retailers can add, display or update
a customer's information dynamically from any store in
the chain. |
