  Loyalty Program
  The Southwest PGA Association needed to give members more reasons to play golf more often. They found the answer in the PGA Golf Pass, a loyalty card running on the Opticard platform.
 

 

 

 


Opticard supports a number of robust loyalty programs that help you retain and build your current customer base.  Our loyalty programs can run on the same card as your gift card program or as separate programs.  There's an incentive for customer to register for the loyalty program to claim their awards, allowing you to capture and track customer demographic information and buying habits for additional loyalty rewards or promotional opportunities.  Customers can also check their account status online at any time. 

We offer three types of loyalty programs that can be further modified to meet your needs.

Points Reward Program
With the Points Reward Program, customers can earn rewards/points based on their spending across all sales channels. You decide the award levels and how they should be redeemed. The points can be converted to dollar value and added back on the card for customer redemption, or the points can be converted to product discounts or free goods and services.

Frequency Reward Program
The Frequency Reward Program offers a flexible way for customers to purchase a set number of items and then receive a free or discounted item. For example, purchase six cups of coffee and receive one cup free.

Discount Reward Program
The Discount Reward Program offers customers an immediate fixed discount if they present the card at the time of sale.  Create a VIP Discount Card that entitles the holder to 15% off their purchase and lets you track customer spending patterns.
