Opticard's reporting tools allow you to
easily track and evaluate the effectiveness of your
card-based programs. You can track
all card transactions in real-time by location, by time
period and by program.
Online reports include corporate
reconciliation, corporate averages, daily activations and
redemptions, and transaction history. All reports are
available online, or they can be exported to customers in
data formats consistent with most accounting and report
generation software.
The reports provided on the Internet allow the retailer
to generate detail or summary level data in report format.
These reports can be generated via the
Merchant
Web Application. A .CSV file can also be provided,
which can be imported into a spreadsheet or database application.
Reports available on a stand–alone terminal include
terminal and user reports. The terminal report provides
daily totals of all stored-value transactions performed
on the terminal for the current and previous day, broken
down by transaction type. The user report provides totals
for the specified user for the current and previous day,
broken down by transaction type.
